JAKE FATHER AND MADELINE MOTHER
Madeline and Jake have a litter of 8 puppies
5 BOYS AND 3 GIRLS
All puppies from this litter now have wonderful homes to go to.
2 MALE PUPPIES JUST 2 WEEKS OLD - EYES JUST STARTING TO OPEN
Madeline and the 8 pups 8 April the girls have pink ribbons as a new owner was comning to meet them
UPDATES ON THE PUPPIES
24 March 2009 - Pups still just sleeping and drinking - will add more photos soon.
2 April 2009 - The puppies are now just over two weeks old - they are growing and have their little eyes open -
mother Madeline is still very attentive and feeding well
10 April 2009 - The 8 puppies have now moved to a small pen in our family room - the puppies are up on their feet
- a little shaky but getting there - they have had their first worming and are really starting to
take notice of each other and their surroundings - they just love cuddles and nestle in when they are
picked up - still a little too early to see the personalities but they are very contented and placid
they will start eating at 4 weeks which is 14 April - times is flying by. Two of their future owners have been for a visit
23 April 2009 - The puppies are doing very well and will be 6 weeks on 28 April they all play together and now have 3 meals a day - Madeline is still feeding them a little but by 6 weeks the pups will not be needing her milk any more.
They have had 2 wormings and will go for their first needle next week and will be thoroughly checked by my vet
They have had visits from four of their new owners - one owner is taking two brothers - they are getting lots of cuddles and being very well sociallised - they have play time every morning in the family room and now know this and are waiting to get out when I get up and come down stairs each morning to see them . They are also having time outside in their run which they also love.
We start making the DVD next week too when they are 6 weeks
FOR BUYERS OF OUR LAST LITTER WE DID A HOME MOVIE DVD SHOWING ALL THE PUPPIES AND ALSO THEIR PARENTS - THIS WAS HELPFUL AND ENJOYED BY THE NEW OWNERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO COULD NOT SEE THEIR PUP BEFORE HE OR SHE ARRIVED
WE PLAN TO DO THIS WITH EACH LITTER IN THE FUTURE

I AM INCLUDING THIS LINK THAT SHOWS A METHOD OF TOILET TRAINING PUPPIES FROM AS YOUNG AS 4 WEEKS - I HAVE DONE THIS WITH MY LAST LITTER WITH VERY GOOD RESULTS, HELPING NEW OWNERS QUICKLY TRAIN THEIR PUPPY IT WAS NAMED BY AN AMERICAN DOG BREEDER CALLING IT THE MISTY METHOD.
